GJT-F series metal detector adopts assembleable differential transformer type sensor, and applies innovative metal inspection technology including digital phase shift & correlation detection technology in circuit design. It features stable & reliable performance, high detection sensitivity, powerful material suppression performance and excellent anti-interference capability.
Widely applied in thermal power, cement, building material, papermaking, mining, food, chemical and other industries to detect miscellaneous metallic impurities mixed in raw materials. Working principle: When metal enters the sensor’s electromagnetic field, induced signals are generated; after signal amplification & circuit processing, the signals drive actuator movement to pick out harmful metallic foreign matters.
