The advantage of static pressure type press machine is its static pressure screw-nuts and the static pressure bearing. And all these parts are designed to be in a closed system. When screw rotates, the nut will drive the slide block to move up and down. A forced lubricating system will feed the lubricate oil into the closed screw-nut system through special pipeline, and form an oil screen between each touching parts to reduce the parts friction when press works. The lubricate oil coming out from the closed screw-nut system will be pumped back to the filter system to be filtered, and then will be injected into screw-nut system again. This whole system greatly reduces the wear and tear of the parts and extends the machine service life by two times then common type press. Additionally, this type of static pressure press is nice in appearance, cost-efficient in power consumption and stable in performance.

The pressure goes through the tubing and the valve body, resulting in a certain loss.
Second, energy conservation and environmental protection: precision CNC electronic press uses a servo motor, in its standby state, the motor does not run, and in the press-fit process, the speed is variable, the power is also changing. In the ordinary hydraulic press, the motor has been turning during the standby process, and it needs to consume a certain amount of electricity. In the work, it also rotates at a constant speed, and the power consumption will be higher and the noise will larger compared to the conventional one.
Third, the precise control: precision digital electronic press, in a certain range can be arbitrarily set multiple stroke speed, accurate displacement stop, accurate in place to stop, accurate to stop the pressure and so on. The ordinary hydraulic press is affected by the sealing of the pipeline, the valve body and the cylinder block, so it is impossible to have a high precision control, and many of them are realized by means of mechanical limit. To get close to the precision of the electronic press control, the cost of the equipment It will be much higher than the electronic press and the control will be more complicated.
Fourth, function: Precision electronic press has the following functions:
A Online press-fit quality determination: The whole process of press-fitting force and displacement can be displayed on the LCD touch screen; the whole process control can automatically determine whether the product is qualified at any stage of the job, and remove 100% of the defective products in real time. Thus realizing online quality management;

E Because the machine itself has precise pressure and displacement control functions, there is no need to add hard limit on the tooling. When processing different specification products, only different press-fitting procedures are called, so a multi-purpose and flexible set of lines can be easily realized.
