1. What percentage of water contained in the brick can be sintered?
Less than 8% of dry brick can be sintered, if the water moisture is too large, the brick will be easy to crack at the sintering time.
2.How much calories for sintering a brick? Generally,every 1 kg of calcined product,needs to consume about 1088~1388 kJ of energy.
3.Any kinds of soil can be used for making bricks? Most of soil can be used for making bricks, but soil plasticity must be between 5 to 17. If the soil plasticity is too big or too small, you need to add additional material in the soil.
4. What\'s the differences between Split Double stage vacuum extruder and compact double stage vacuum extruder?
Split Double stage vacuum extruder: Split
Double stage vacuum extruder is composed of mixing part, extruding
part, and vacuum system. The above mixing stage is to add and mix raw
material; the lower stage is for conveying, squeezing, extruding; Such
extruder takes two motors , or we can say each stage takes one motor,
such extruder is called split double stage vacuum extruder.
Compared
with compact double stage vacuum extruder, it has more vacuum pressure,
with less adobe moisture, perfect for hollow bricks production,but with
higher electricity consumption due to working with two motors.
5.How to operate clay brick extruder correctly?
①Release the clutch before turning on the switch. Start the motor, then slip the clutch in when motor reaches normal speed. Feeding speed is supposed to get the vacuum chamber running smoothly, not blocked. And it is strictly prohibited to start with load.
②For clay brick extruder in normal production, start vacuum pump firstly, and then start clay brick extruder when the reading of the vacuum gauge reaches required level.
③Release the clutch, then turn off the motor before stopping the machine. For stopping vacuum brick extruder, close upper stage --mixer part firstly, then lower stage--extrusion part. If the machine needs to be temporarily stopped, it is only necessary to release the clutch device, no need to turn off the motor. Stop adding and squeeze out the mud before stopping extruder. Turn off the vacuum pump when vacuum extruder stops.
④Warm reminder:during operation, you must concentrate on the operation of the machine mouth, pay attention to the mud quality, and take appropriate measures in time.
⑤For vacuum extruder, pay attention to mud condition in vacuum chamber. If there is mud accumulation, you can adjust it by suspending the upper mixer to prevent blockage. Be careful with the degree of vacuum gauge and find out the causes in time if the vacuum does not meet the requirements.
